 What are your qualifications and experience in the health and fitness industry?

I have successfully completed a Diploma in Fitness in 2016 at Sage Institute of Fitness.

On top of this, I have further completed Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and personal training, level 1 & 2 in metabolic precision and the ACE boxing certification program.

I am a qualified metabolic nutritionist and transformation specialist, as well as having completed the nexus point training qualification.

I also hold up to date first aid & CPR.

I have over 4 years experience in the personal training & fitness industry. In this time I have conducted my training out of Anytime Fitness Bacchus Marsh & Online as a certified Metabolic Precision Online Coach.

What can I expect when I train with you at Jake Pearson Personal Training?

You can expect to gain ongoing high quality coaching, programming & on-going learning to improve body composition, strength, overcome old injuries and the opportunity to build your happier lifestyle & mindset to suit you.

How is group F.I.R.E different from 1 on 1 Personal Training?

Group Focused Intense Resistance Exercise is vastly different to 1 on 1 personal training because of the learning environment & social engaged atmosphere.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to coach others which will help you grow & learn more about lifting safely & technically to transform your strength & body composition.

 

How are the 12 week  & 6 month blocks of training structured at Jake Pearson Personal Training?

When you join F.I.R.E you will have a choice as to how many days a week you will train. This will determine cost of your weekly sessions and how your program is structured towards your results.

Each Program has the opportunity for you to progress your exercises through strength variable & exercise progression, meaning you won't encounter a better way to achieve your strength, body composition and health goals.

How are the 12 week  & 6 month blocks structured at Jake Pearson Personal Training?

Simply head to the coaching section & start your application based on the results you're looking to achieve.
Jake will contact you within 48hours to discuss how to get you going in the gym.

How is the transformation program different to F.I.R.E?

The Redesign transformation program exists to help overcome limiting lifestyle habits to give you the tools & strategies to lose weight & keep it off in a healthy and sustainable way.

This comes with access to either group F.I.R.E or 1 to 1 personal training, alternatively this can be done online and the training program can be supplied to you via our online coaching portal.

Do I have to get a gym membership to train?

You do not have to join the gym to train with Jake Pearson Personal Training, however if you would like to make use of the Anytime Fitness facility outside training sessions it is recommended!
