Building a routine
With all of the success I've had, I can't say it's been from lack of consistency.
The fact is, you can't build a healthy lifestyle with a routine.
I'm not just talking about a training routine, I'm talking about a lifestyle routine.
From sleep to your first meal, to when you go shopping, have time to yourself & exercise.
Your life is already built upon several routines if you think about it, so if you think about it, shouldn't it be possible to modify these routines slightly to suit your desired lifestyle and goals?
In this episode I discuss several key things to consider when trying to build a healthier lifestyle.
