I've met a lot of people in my time as a trainer & each person comes to me with a unique reason for why they desire to change.
I put a lot of weight in saying that you really need the emotion in your reason when it comes to changing.
So how do you identify if your reason to change lines up with your goals?
Is it possible to give yourself the best chance of success just by flushing out the emotion behind your desired success?
In this episode, we go into detail on my experience personally, professionally and talk about examples of not so strong reasons to change, and strong reasons to change.
